Can a foreign government or authority access my data?

Not directly. Every server lives in our Malmö data centre, and as a Swedish company we answer only to Swedish courts and authorities. Extraterritorial laws like the US CLOUD Act don't reach us. A foreign request must instead pass through mutual legal assistance or the EU's strictly regulated cooperation rules, where it is reviewed under Swedish and EU law before any binding order can be issued. Can I run BGP sessions or announce my own IP space?

Possibly. Let's talk. We run our own network (HypefoxNet, AS214365), so BGP sessions and bringing your own IPv4 and IPv6 space are open for discussion for the right workloads. Contact our sales team and we'll work through what's feasible for your setup. One firm requirement: every prefix announced through us must be properly RPKI-signed with valid ROAs. We enforce RPKI Route Origin Validation, so invalid or unsigned announcements are dropped.

Can I run a mail server and actually land in the inbox?

Yes. Port 25 (SMTP) is open by default. Many providers block it outright or only unlock it on request. You also get full control over reverse DNS (PTR records) on both IPv4 and IPv6, and a correct, matching PTR is exactly what inbox providers like Google and Microsoft check before they trust your mail. Pair it with SPF and DKIM and your messages reach the inbox, not the spam folder.

Do you block ports or restrict what I can run?

No. Many hosts lock down ports, throttle traffic or treat every new customer as a potential abuser until proven otherwise. We don't.
